Alumni Recital held on June 16, 2001 in the Emerson College Library President's Room at 3 pm. Welcome by Professor John D. Anderson. Barbara Ann Ferreira '77 performed selections from "Shirley Valentine" by Willy Russell. Judith C. Espinola '61 performed "Rituals" by Nikki Giovanni, excerpt from "A Room of One's Own" by Virginia Woolf, "M. Dega Teaches Art and Science at Durfee Intermediate School Phillip" by Phillip Levine, "Beauty I Would Suffer For" by Marge Piercy. Michele Drabant Perkins G'84, Dr. Kenneth Crannell '55 G'57 performed a number of Robert Frost poetry, including: "The Pasture," "Mending Wall," "Ghost House," "Fire and Ice," "The Hill Wife," "The Last Word of a Bluebird," "Dust of Snow," "The Span of Life," "The Draft Horse," "The Runaway," "Departmental," "Out Out --," "Home Burial", and "The Telephone."
